All Planner Duck products are delivered digitally. There are no physical items.

How delivery works

1. You complete your purchase via Alfan secure checkout.
2. You are redirected to a download page on moccromedia.com with a password.
3. You also receive an email confirmation with the same download link.
4. You download all included files immediately.

File formats

Files are provided in PDF (printable and iPad-friendly), ZIP archives (containing PDF templates), and shareable Notion workspace links. No special software is required.

Re-downloading

Bookmark your download page. You can return at any time and re-download any file using your password.

If anything does not download

Email hello@moccromedia.com with your order details and we will send the files directly within 24 hours.
