Refund Policy

7-day refund guarantee

If the files do not work or are not what you expected, email hello@moccromedia.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We will issue a full refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@moccromedia.com from the email address you used to purchase
  2. Include the order reference from your Alfan receipt
  3. Optionally tell us what did not work — feedback is useful but not required

We confirm within 24 hours and process the refund via Alfan back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 business days.

After the 7-day window

After 7 days the purchase is final. We do not offer prorated refunds. We can transfer your remaining access to a different email address if you would like to gift it.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund if there is clear evidence of bad-faith abuse (such as downloading all files within minutes and then requesting a refund, or repeated refund requests across multiple purchases). This is rare and we explain our reasoning in writing if it applies.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a card chargeback without contacting us first, we lose the ability to issue a refund directly. Please email us first — we refund the same day in most cases.
