1. The service

Planner Duck publishes digital products including PDF ebooks, printable templates, Notion workspace templates, and related educational material. Products are delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase. You are responsible for the confidentiality of any download password issued to you.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Alfan and charged at the time of purchase. Every bundle is a one-time purchase — there is no auto-renewal.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund window on all digital products. To request a refund, email hello@moccromedia.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details. See the Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

All content in Planner Duck products — ebooks, templates, written material — is the intellectual property of Planner Duck and Zakaria Echajri. You may:

• Use the templates and frameworks for your personal planning system
• Modify the Notion and editable templates for your own use

You may not:

• Resell, republish, or redistribute any product content
• Share your download password with others
• Upload Planner Duck files to other platforms
• Train AI systems on the product content

6. Disclaimer

Planner Duck products provide productivity guidance and templates for personal educational use. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Nothing in our products constitutes medical, financial, or legal advice. See the Disclaimer for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, our total liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the most recent product purchase. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate access for material violation of these Terms (intellectual-property violation, fraud). In such cases no refund is owed.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Planner Duck operates. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
